Nick Peyton has had a distinguished and successful career in the auto repair industry, with his standout achievement being the ability to double a shop’s revenue in less than a year.
Peyton's journey began at age 16 in his school’s auto shop program, where he quickly excelled and became an ASE Master at just 19. He then transitioned into management, discovering a passion for teaching shop owners and staff how to maximize their shop's potential.
As the former Operations Director of a ten-store operation, Peyton and the team won the Motor Age Top Shop award. His keen eye for overlooked details and industry-tested solutions has helped numerous owners improve their operations. Peyton has taught essential skills in leadership, sales, management, staffing, hiring, and marketing, driven by his passion for the auto service industry and for helping people achieve their highest potential.
Currently, as the Director of Business Development and Training for BG Crovato, Peyton leverages his extensive experience and passion to deliver quick, powerful, and effective training.
Michael Rosenberger has been in the industry for over 25 Years. He started in his dad's Midas shops in the mid 90's as a technician. After getting married in 2006 he moved to Denton TX where he went to work for Tommy's Hi Tech Auto as a Service Advisor. After 11 years he bought the shop from his boss Tommy. He grew the shop from $860K in 2006 to $3.8M by 2021. In 2019 he started coaching for ShopFix Academy, which has been a dream for a long time. In October, 2021 he opened his second shop in Plano, TX. He enjoys family vacations, running a shop from out of state, and of course, pouring into others in the automotive industry.
Over the 11+ years she's been in the industry, Melanie has found success everywhere she went. She has worked in independent and dealer facilities - earning recognition at BMW as one of their top service advisors in the country. She's even worked as an adjuster for extended warranty companies, speaking with advisors daily to help get customer's vehicles fixed. Through all that experience, she's discovered what it takes to build a career as a top-level service advisor. With Sales Fix, she focuses on helping service advisors overcome their own limitations to reach their full potential.
With 15 successful years in the industry, Phil Quillen knows what it takes to build good communication between the front and back of house. In 2011, Phil joined EuroFix in Franklin, TN as a technician. He moved into the Foreman role in 2013, leading a growing team of top technicians. As the company grew, so did Phil and in 2022 he became the company foreman for EuroFix and AutoFix, leading technicians across 11 shops in and around the Nashville area. He coordinates training, provides leadership and accountability to all of the company's foreman, and gives guidance and support with all of the back-of-house operations for EuroFix, AutoFix, and Mikes Automotive.
