MASTERING YOUR CRAFT
Great service advisors aren’t born—they’re built through consistent training and self-improvement. In this session, learn how to identify your weak points, build a simple and sustainable training habit, and sharpen your skills to increase confidence, boost sales, and improve customer satisfaction. Whether you struggle with overcoming objections, managing workflow, or explaining repairs with ease, this talk will give you practical steps to turn training into a daily habit that drives real career growth. Don’t just survive in your role—master it!
DIAGNOSING YOUR NUMBERS
Profitability starts with how you build the ticket. In this insightful session, we’ll break down key metrics—average repair order (ARO), parts-to-labor ratio, Gross profit per hour, and effective labor rate—so you can diagnose where your numbers may be falling short. Learn practical strategies to structure estimates that maximize profitability without pricing yourself out of the sale. From balancing discounts to presenting value-driven recommendations, this talk will give you the tools to fine-tune your tickets for success. Stop leaving money on the table—start building smarter, more sellable repair orders!
ADAPTIVE SALES
Every customer is different, and so is every teammate. In this session, we’ll explore how Service Advisors can adapt their sales approach based on who they’re speaking to—whether it’s a budget-conscious customer, a high-value client, or a technically minded customer. Learn how to read your audience, adjust your communication style, and maximize customer satisfaction. Mastering this skill will lead to higher sales, stronger teamwork, and a more successful shop.
BRIDGING THE GAP
Service Advisors are trained to sell to customers, but what about selling to their technicians? In this session, we’ll explore how to leverage your communication and sales skills to gain technician buy-in, improve workflow, and get the information you need—without friction. Learn how to speak “tech,” build trust, and create a stronger partnership between the front and back of the shop. Mastering this internal communication will lead to smoother operations, better service recommendations, and a more efficient shop overall.
