Sales Fix Live is a high-impact, two-day conference designed specifically for service advisors in the auto repair industry. Centered around the theme “The Service Hero Experience,” the event walks attendees step-by-step through the complete customer journey - from the very first phone call to final checkout and long-term retention. Each session focuses on a critical “Hero Moment” in the repair process, equipping advisors with practical strategies, communication frameworks, and proven scripts to elevate performance, profitability, and customer experience.

Advisors will confidently lead structured check-ins that build trust, set clear expectations, and use intentional discovery questions to uncover needs and position the repair for a successful sale.

ONE-TEAM HERO

Advisors will understand how accurate Four C’s documentation (complaint, cause, correction, and confirmation), standardized workflows, and clear front-to-back communication improve technician efficiency, reduce comebacks, and drive overall shop performance.

THE STRATEGIC HERO

Advisors will strategically prepare and present value-driven solutions that ensure profitability, build customer confidence, and position complete services that drive trust and long-term value.

THE WAITER HERO / THE SHOW AND TELL HERO

Advisors will use the Waiter Show & Tell process to turn routine visits into trust-building, high-converting experiences by confidently demonstrating key findings while maintaining speed, efficiency, and workflow.

THE SERVICE HERO

Advisors will confidently present value-driven recommendations in a structured, prioritized way, using strong communication and objection-handling skills to guide decisions and close the sale.

THE CLARITY HERO

Advisors will align with the shop to communicate accurate expectations, deliver proactive updates, and confidently guide customers through changes while maintaining trust and momentum.

Aaron Stokes
Shop Owner & Founder of Shop Fix Academy

Keynote Speaker

Aaron Stokes has been in the automotive industry since 1999 and owns 11 shops (and growing) in the Middle Tennessee Area.

Aaron started Shop Fix Academy after he and his repair shops faced an unexpected and extremely challenging obstacle. He almost lost everything. Soon after, other shop owners began seeking his advice. It was clear he was operating his shops with a level of expertise that matched what they needed. Eventually, Aaron created a course teaching what he learned, and thus Shop Fix Academy was born. Little did he know at the time what it would eventually become and how many lives it would impact.

Aaron still owns his shops and is the founder and lead teacher for Shop Fix Academy. Clients of Shop Fix Academy have expressed that the courses, conferences, 1-on-1 coaching, speeches, and other content is so effective because they combine a level of depth that any size shop can deploy while also being simple to understand — no boring lectures or time-wasting coaching calls.

Aaron’s aim through Shop Fix Academy is to provide more value to the industry than anyone else and to transform the industry.

Nick Peyton

Nick Peyton has had a distinguished and successful career in the auto repair industry, with his standout achievement being the ability to double a shop’s revenue in less than a year.

Peyton's journey began at age 16 in his school’s auto shop program, where he quickly excelled and became an ASE Master at just 19. He then transitioned into management, discovering a passion for teaching shop owners and staff how to maximize their shop's potential.

As the former Operations Director of a ten-store operation, Peyton and the team won the Motor Age Top Shop award. His keen eye for overlooked details and industry-tested solutions has helped numerous owners improve their operations. Peyton has taught essential skills in leadership, sales, management, staffing, hiring, and marketing, driven by his passion for the auto service industry and for helping people achieve their highest potential.

Currently, as the Director of Business Development and Training for BG Crovato, Peyton leverages his extensive experience and passion to deliver quick, powerful, and effective training.

Lowell Greene

Lowell is a lifelong automotive technician, former shop owner and dedicated business coach with Shop Fix Academy. With over 30 years of experience under his belt, Lowell is passionate about helping others make the necessary changes in their businesses so that they can reach their highest potential. Focusing on the solution rather than the problem, he uses his knowledge, skill and personal experience to teach others how to grow and succeed both inside and outside of the shop.

James DeVito

James has been working in the automotive industry for 12+ years. Over that time, he's worked in every front-of-house position - assistant, parts manager, service advisor, and general manager. Not being a "car person" himself previous to joining the industry, the journey to find success wasn't an obvious one. Looking back on that journey now, he's able to recognize what empowered his wins & what caused his mistakes. Now he focuses on helping other service advisors avoid those same mistakes, find their confidence, and discover a career in this industry that is built on sound foundations and realized through continued growth.

Mike Difato

Mike Difato took an unconventional path into the auto repair industry, starting his career in the medical field, where he spent 15 years in sales and marketing within the corporate world. But deep down, he always knew he was wired for entrepreneurship. After taking the leap, Mike purchased a pool service and repair business, gaining firsthand experience in small business ownership.

It was in the auto repair world that he saw the opportunity for real impact and scale. In 2018, he partnered with fellow shop owner Eric Rutherford to grow Prestige European, and together they did just that. Over the next few years, the duo scaled Prestige from $800K to over $4M, achieving 40% year-over-year growth. In 2022, they doubled down, expanding to eight additional locations. By 2024, their operation is projected to hit $18.5M in total sales.

Mike brings a high-level business mindset to Shop Fix Academy, backed by real results. As a coach, he specializes in growth strategy, leadership development, and scaling multi-location operations without losing quality or culture. His mission? To help shop owners think bigger, grow faster, and lead like true entrepreneurs.

Joseph Stokes

With over 25 years in the automotive industry - all of them in independent auto repair - Joseph Stokes knows what it takes to lead a team to success. Currently President of Euro Fix, Auto Fix, and Mike's Automotive in the Nashville, Tennessee area, Joseph started his career as a technician. As the shop he worked for grew, so did he, taking on the role of shop foreman and spending many years leading technician teams to not only work well together as technicians but also establish great team dynamics with their advisors. From foreman, to district manager, and now President over 10 shop locations, Joseph focuses on building and supporting the teams he has in place to have the best opportunity to win.

Michael Rosenberger

Michael Rosenberger has been in the industry for over 25 Years. He started in his dad's Midas shops in the mid 90's as a technician. After getting married in 2006 he moved to Denton TX where he went to work for Tommy's Hi Tech Auto as a Service Advisor. After 11 years he bought the shop from his boss Tommy. He grew the shop from $860K in 2006 to $3.8M by 2021. In 2019 he started coaching for ShopFix Academy, which has been a dream for a long time. In October, 2021 he opened his second shop in Plano, TX. He enjoys family vacations, running a shop from out of state, and of course, pouring into others in the automotive industry.

Patrick Murray

Patrick Murray, the driving force behind RSW Auto Group, turned a small two-bay repair shop in Central New Jersey into a thriving business through passion, dedication, and a commitment to exceptional service. His early experiences in European dealerships shaped his vision to blend top-notch automotive care with a personal touch, treating every customer like family. Beyond RSW’s growth into an 11,000 sq. ft. facility, Patrick has spent the last four years coaching fellow shop owners through Shop Fix Academy, helping elevate the industry as a whole. As RSW Auto Group expands to new locations, Patrick’s unwavering focus on trust, reliability, and customer care continues to define his success.

Guy Roberts

Guy Roberts began his career in the automotive industry in 2010 with Aaron Stokes’ company, Euro Fix, where he initially served as a Service Advisor. His strong performance led to rapid advancement, first to General Manager and then to District Manager, overseeing eight locations in the Nashville, TN area. When Aaron Stokes launched Shop Fix Academy, Guy transitioned to a leadership role within the organization, becoming both a coach and a key member of the leadership team. In 2019, Guy contributed to the development of Sales Fix, a training company focused on Service Advisors. Today, he serves as the Director of Sales Fix while continuing as a leader with Shop Fix Academy.
